Teaching Assistant/Gardener

Originally from California, Georgia has called many different places home, like Oregon, Spain, and Hawai’i before making her way to the Wasatch Back in the spring of 2025. In 2021, she graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and has since explored roles in environmental education, ecology, and sustainable landscape and garden design. At Soaring Wings, Georgia is excited to combine her diverse interests by supporting hands-on, nature-based education—growing annual vegetables in the greenhouses and cultivating a variety of native and edible perennials throughout the school grounds. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with loved ones, gardening, camping, hiking, climbing and skiing.
